When you use our website, we collect information from you, for example, when you email us about taking out a road safety audit, make a course booking or email us about a general enquiry.

If you are to book a training course or road safety audit through our website the information we may collect may include, but not limited to, your organisation, telephone number, and dietary requirements.

  • Process your course booking
  • Process your road safety audit booking
  • Seek your feedback on the services we provide
  • Send you communications about the course or safety audit you have booked to carry out our obligations to you.
  • Send you marketing communications under the ‘Legitimate Interests’ basis of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(f).
  • Process a job application

We review our retention periods for personal information regularly. We are legally required to hold some types of data to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example the retention of personal data for LANTRA).  We will hold your personal data on our systems in line with our retention periods or for as long as is necessary both before and after the relevant activity.
